Abstract

The research aims to discuss the impact and assess the quality of higher education programs from the perspective of the students and their willingness to make further efforts as a framework for the success of the process of learning and teaching through a comprehensive strategy for higher education in Iraq. The research problem in the study of the reality of university teaching in Iraqi universities, through knowledge of the estimates of the calendar for the quality of higher education programs from the perspective of the students on the basis that there is a gap between what you expect the student services and realize already; since trying to search measure this gap President and determinants.
