Abstract
AbstractIn the name of Allah and pray and pease be upon Mohammed.The present research is mainly based on an introduction and four sections :The first section is concerned with semantics. It reveals what is mentioned in the Event Surah including : questioning, hinting, command, prohibiting and taking an oath.The second section is devoted to reveal some aspects of eloquence, namely simile, and agnomen.As for the third section, it deals with some rhetorical aspects, implied in the same surah, including homonymy, antonymy, rhyming, praise similar to dispraise, taking caution and others.Finally, the last section tackles some important rhetorical and linguistic remarks that attract the researcher's attention.
