Impact of the use of a training curriculum proposal on the components of the physical structure of table tennis players

Abstract

Tests components physical structure helps in the detection job ofthe body in the light of their relationship to the level of performance forjudging the effectiveness of the training process as it can by identifyingcomponents of the physical structure to obtain much data on the playersand use the results of scientific studies, when comparing the dynamicimpact of the training during the training season for players.Therefore considered a researcher study the components of physicalstructure through the development of a training curriculum with thecapabilities available (stairs) to obtain the scientific data and realistichelp raise the level of Table Tennis by upgrading the components of thephysical structure of the Laabat.Used researcher experimental method on a sample of players clubgirl (Baghdad) reel table and of the number (14) player by developing atraining curriculum in a manner of exercise on the stairs of theexperimental group and control group in a manner traditional trainingand continued to apply the curriculum (12) weeks from the date of 24 /1 / 2010 and until 04/14/2010 at a rate of two times per week trainingmodule (90) minutesAfter testing tribal and then apply the curriculum and testing aposteriori processing the results were statistically mediated system spss.Researcher concluded that resistance training on the stairs a positiverole in the development of components of the physical structure of thefootball players at the table.Therefore recommends resistance training using the stairs because oftheir active role in the development of components of the physicalstructure of the football players at the table.
