Legal protection of industrial designs in the Jordanian law and international conventions

Abstract

For the industrial designs of the type of legal protection may be the special protection through a special law, as is the case in Jordan, or to be through copyright, as the industrial property of a vocabulary of intellectual property. Then address the international protection through international conventions on the matter related aspects such as the Convention and the Hague Convention.
