Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study that to proposal a role for distinguished teacher in the process of education supervision in Jordan , and the tasks which this role included for other teacher and for the educational field in general.and for more specifically, this study aimed to answer these questions :1- what the reality role for distinguished teacher in the process of educational supervision in Jordan?2- what a proposed role for distinguished teacher in the process of educational supervision in Jordan?And to answer these questions , the researchers designed tow questionnaire and used them for this purpose : the fairest one to answer the fairest and second question , and the other questionnaire used to answer the third question. and they were adjusting for the purpose of relevance ,study population culture and ensuring there validity and reliability. to answer the fairest question from all the distinguished teachers home awarded the queen Rania Abdulla award in the last rotation home were (25)teacher , and some of educational supervisors (mail and female) from Amman and Zarqa home were (37) supervisor. And to answer the other questionnaire. The study population consisted of some of experts (professors and educational supervisors) home were (41) experts from Amman and Zarqa. The research used means, standard deviations, ANOVA and MANOVA in analyzing the results.The study results showed that the distinguished teacher can do an important role in the process of educational supervision in Jordan which have particularly advantages and functions and the experts agree with them. and this role will reduce the burden from educational supervisors and that will educe the expenses of process of educational supervision in Jordan because of this new role for distinguished teachers after they practice at this new role with help of educational supervisors home can held training courses to do this role very as they wish.And this research provided in the light of its results some of recommendations which associated with the new role for distinguished teachers in process of educational supervision in Jordan and which grounds and maintains the educational excellence in the light of the study results.
