The goal of current research to know (strategic planning and its relationship to the quality of the teaching faculty members in Anbar University), depending on the variables (sex, academic specialization). The research sample consisted of (123) pedagogy and teaching colleges / Anbar University for the academic year 2013-2014m, of whom (58) appeared in the scientific colleges, and (65) representing the human faculties, by (108) male, and 15 female. Researcher prepared two measures, I (Strategic Planning scale) to be (37) paragraph, with five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never), has been verified virtual honesty and sincerity of the construction, and then extracted persistence in two ways: re-testing has reached (0.86), and Cronbach's alpha was reached (0.80), The second (the quality of the teaching scale) are from (60) items distributed on five skills (lesson planning, and implementation of the lesson, and the use of teaching aids, and communication with the students, teaching and evaluating students and providing feedback), This has been achieved from the virtual and the sincerity of the internal test his sincerity, then extracted persistence in two ways, retesting has been reached (0.86), and alpha Cronbach has reached (0.81), and use statistical means (averages, standard deviations, and test samples t for one sample, and the test samples t for two independent samples, and the coefficient of Pearson) correlation; researcher dish scales on the sample, and the results showed: 1. The strategic planning at the level of faculty members at the University of Anbar weak. 2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of faculty members on strategic planning in accordance with the scale of the variables of sex (male-female), and specialization (scientific, humane). 3. The quality of teaching at the level of faculty members at the University of Anbar weak. 4. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of faculty members to gauge the quality of teaching according to the variables of sex (male, female), and specialization (scientific, humane). 5. There extrusive average correlation between strategic planning and the quality of teaching at the faculty members at the University of Anbar attributed to the variables of sex (male, female), and specialization (scientific, humane).

The recent research aims to investigate at (the practical level of teaching skills for the teachers of the humanistic methods in secondary schools from the specialist supervisors who work in general administration of education for Saladin governorate). The researcher uses the questioners as a tool for collecting data and it consists of B list (53) skill distributed on four fields, they are (planning for the lesson, applying the lesson, questioning and the evaluation). After assuring from the obvious truth for the tool and its immutability, it has been applied on supervisors and they are (22) male and female supervisors. The researcher has considered that all the individuals of the research community are research samples for the low number, the research has used (pearson) operator to measure the stability of the tool, the probable medium and the percentage size for displaying and interpreting the results. The result shows the decrease in the practice of the teacher’s level who teaches humanistic methods for teaching skills. The rate of general medium in all items reaches (57.63 %) and it is minimum to practice sufficiency in this research that limited in (60 %) while the achieved items reach (23) from the total items of the study that consist of (53) items and in a rate (44. 88 %) from the total items. The researcher has recommended depending on the teaching skills list that has been limited in the recent research and takes advantages from it to evaluate the teachers of the secondary and preparatory schools from the headmasters and training the male and female teachers on teaching strategies and skills. Moreover, developing the teacher preparing programs in colleges of education that corresponds with the application in the schools and establishes an effective using among the secondary schools and colleges of education that guarantee establishing developmental courses for the teachers and approve them as an essential need for progressive employment.

he Poetic Image Between Formation and Semantic Sequencing Lect. Dr. Meilad Adil Jamal Dept.Arabic Language College of Education Humainement Science. Mosul University ِAbstract The poetic image constitutes an artistic mark and an imaginary horizon as it defines the elements of the poem. It also organizes the senses of words and combines their meanings into an intellectual movement which reflects that creative process within its aesthetic frames. It acts as a transferor between senses and relations that belong to different passions with various emotions and experiences.That formulated the aesthetic experience of the poem through a balance between reality on the one hand, and the imagined poetry which is based on assumptions, on the other. This paper aims at observing those senses and identifying the aesthetic value of the poem through the consideration of the image and the identification of its features through out the poetic association within the structure of the poem. Moreover, it aims to identify the horizons of that image and its epistemic extensions, and the way each image operates with the following image through an integrative process that enriches the poetic scene taking in to account .The fact that the image might appear as a result of the poetic tension on the part of the poet when he loses control of the features of that image, This makes the image loses the following one that marks its existence. The second image can be a manifestation of the first which creates a variation in the mind of the reader, to overcome the monotony of reception.

The current research aimed at: (after a direct program to reduce social restrictions among students of the preparatory school) To investigate, we must follow certain procedures as follows: 1.Recognize the level of social extremism among students of the preparatory schools. 2.Applying the counseling program in order to gain the social extremism between certain students during the preparatory level of the verification as it is applying in the following procedures : 1.There are not any significant differences between the average scores in the experimental group and social extremism scale application program before and after the program. 2.There are no vital differences between the average marks members of the control group on the social extremism in the before and after tests of the program are measured . 3.There were no vital differences between the average marks of the experimental and control groups differences on social extremism in the examination and the dimensional scale: In order to gain the aims of this research, the researcher must follow or adopt the vacationer Scale (2010), which contained six areas and be the meter final as of (54) items were alternatives (3) alternatives were extracted virtual honesty and sincerity of the construction and stability of the scale in a way re-testing, reaching the scale (89.0) , and in a manner Cronbach's alpha reached stability of the scale (90.0).) And building directed program to reduce social restrictions which is consisted of (12) hearings was extracted from the virtual honesty during his presentation to the group on a number of experts and specialists in educational and psychological sciences Then the level was adopted to the sample number (80) for fourth grade students of literature then it was divided into two groups (40) and experimental (40) was an officer, from the preparatory stage students was selected deliberate manner. After collecting and processing information statistically through the use of the following statistical methods the researcher can assert the following methods: Chi-square sample of one equation discrimination paragraphs and Pearson correlation coefficient equation Cronbach's alpha samples t test for two independent groups.

A Syntactic-o-Semantic Study of English Resumptive Pronouns in University Students of English Written Performance

The present study aims at exploring some difficulties that university students of English face when using resumptive pronouns in their written performance. It is hypothesized that Students of English are not fully aware of this type of pronouns; therefore, they use them randomly. Consequently, students might be interrupted by interference of their native language (Arabic). To investigate the validity of the hypothesis, twenty samples of 4th year students of English written performance have been selected and analyzed to detect their ability to distinguish resumptive pronouns from other pronouns. The study concludes that students make grammatical errors concerning resumptive pronouns due to two main reasons: interlingual and intralingual; both affect the way they compose their essays.
