Abstract

Instructional design is the core main technology education contemporary, which is the process of organizing the procedures carried out by the teacher in the classroom, especially in introducing the material subjects and the sequence in explaining and organizing the content of the course material, which often take the form of a hierarchy, and is important to bridge the relationship between the theoretical principles and applications in the position education through education to work and depending on the voltage self-learner in the learning process, and the use of tools, materials and devices of various educational optimal way, and work to save time and effort by the exclusion of alternatives weak and contribute to the achievement of the Millennium, and the integration of the learner in the learning process in a way that the maximum possible degree of interaction with art.As a result of research and studies carried out by psychologists perception, which has become a guide for scientists instructional design in the design of educational situations and regulate the content of the subject matter and which have proven results of the disparity that exists between the learners' levels of achievement is attributed to Tbainehm in their knowledge that are primarily the basis of strategies that they understand that working to improve the learner's ability to deal with the information the school because they see good teaching is teaching that helps the learner to create a set of strategies for the realization of effective which refers to the way the learner in dealing with information in terms of his style of thinking and his way of remembering and understanding, which is linked to judging things it shows that deal with the information depends on the formats of many of them classified information and analysis, installation and storage, and is invoked when necessary and these processes practiced by the learner through educational situations or interaction daily contribute to a clear role in the growth of mental and clarify his mind and skill of intellectual that represent essential tools in effective thinking even be the student is successful in his school or his career or in his life and it depends on the acquisition and familiarity and applied cognitive skills essential as important as remembering and comparison and classification and the conclusion and generalization, analysis, and evaluation and experimentation, however that these skills are innate ingrained among students, but that need to be activated, training and application makes it necessary to focus on during the process of teaching by teachers. Out of those necessities researcher found that there is an urgent need to enclose this aspect of research and study, as if trying to build instructional design on according to dope perception and show the effectiveness of the collection of first-grade students average and the development of scientific thinking skills they facilitate the process of teaching them to students that stage and their teachers at the same time. Research objectives: This research aims to:1.constructing a model of instructional design according to the doping strategies perception.2.statement on the effectiveness of instructional design strategies according to dope perception in the development of scientific thinking skills among students in the first grade average in the geographical material.
