Testing the reality of business organizations in terms of organizational ignorance philosophy

Abstract

Organizations and institutions in the world today can't know everything, and they need to be able to manage what they know and know what they ignorant. This study Came to shed light on the organizational ignorance philosophy, as a phenomenon of regulatory barely organization, and diagnosed level and the type of this multiple kinds of ignorance (plural, popular, probabilistic, realistic) in a number of colleges and Iraqi technical institutes as a society to search a selected sample deliberately, which includes Chairman and members of boards of these colleges and institutes. Study with a descriptive philosophical associated beside applied depends nonparametric statistics testing the reality of organizations target through a carefully designed questionnaire and underwent multiple tests in terms of validity and reliability, search out the conclusion expressed.
