دراسة مدى الجسيمات المشحونة الثقيلة لبعض العناصر والمركبات في مدى طاقة (0.3-100MeV)

Abstract

Conducted in this research theorical study to calculate the range and range relative using equations their own due to the difficulty of obtaining practical results of the Rang of the charged particles of heavy (protons and alpha particles ) falling on the Target Agency (lanthanum La and samarium Sm and Alerdiom Er and Altantalm Ta and gold Au , Pb Pb and uranium U) with atomic numbers ( 57,62,68,73,82,92 ), as well as for vehicles and the same as those charged particles when they pass in heavy vehicles (water, Almaalr and Kabton ) and the results obtained were compared with the results of the Rang of the program SRIM 2003 Tests showed good agreement .The theoretical calculations of the Rang of all the shells passers in Target Atomic Energy held in Rang (0.3-100MeV) for protons , while Alpha is the Rang (1.6-100MeV). Mathematical methods were used in the calculation and programming of all equations according to a program written in a language of Matlab to get the results needed theory , which is described as graphs .
