Abstract

The theory of the contained specializations is one of the results of Aristo's the doctrine of ends which says that things change and develop for good ends. This theory is used in the American law in the verdicts of the federal court especially in (McColtish against Marriland) case in 1819 as this verdict put an end to the dispute between the theologians and law men in using this doctrine
