Abstract

This research aims to determine the nature of the relationship and influence between knowledge management and organizational learning , as it became knowledge is one of the basic resources that are characterized by which organizations , also constitutes organizational learning -oriented core of the learning processes that take place within the organization and in the levels of all , has indicated the research problem to the existence of deficiencies clear researched attention to knowledge management in improving the effectiveness of organizational learning , as chosen General Company for foodstuff Trading field of application , was chosen as the number of employees in the company as a sample to look at the rate of (35 ) individuals , and adopted the resolution as a tool for research data , which have been prepared on the basis of to the ideas of a number of researchers in accordance with the standards ready , and the introduction of data analysis used statistical program ready (SPSS), and the most important tools used in the analysis are: " the percentage of recurrence , and the arithmetic mean , and standard deviation , and coefficient of variation , and the correlation coefficient of Spearman , and simple linear regression " , has resulted in statistical tools for a number of results confirmed that most of the existence of a correlation , and the impact of significant differences between knowledge management and organizational learning FAO researched , and it recommended that research on the need to increase the interest of the organization to study their use of knowledge management and using them to improve the process of organizational learning has
