Abstract

Studying the conditions of the Ottoman state in the second half of the sixteenth century, show us the size of the problems that began to face, and in the end the same century those problems grew up to create serious deterioration in the internal stability, and lack of security and discipline widely through Anatolia created internal insurgency movements, known as " Jalalian insurgency "according to the first name of the first leader of the insurgency against the Ottoman regime in 1519 AD . Different range of people in the governmental and out of it either civilian or military joined those movements and most of the leaders came out of the government either because of isolation or greed to reach higher position or for political purposes. those movements that preoccupied and exhausted the state for many years had left bad effects on overall conditions of the state and society life people in the villages endure most of the harm because of their exposure to looting and Hqaoh work from government agency and other insurgency groups Anatolia become almost beyond the control of the state, and left a lot Villagers from their homes, and agricultural activity stopped , and the economical situation worse and the social construction of state cracked
