The impact of non-metered training in developing the explosive power of the feet and the accuracy of aiming through jumping under the basket among junior players of basketball

Abstract

The research aimed to prepare a training approach of a proposal in the form of a non-metered way to develop the explosive power of the feet and the accuracy of aiming through jumping under the basket among junior players of basketball p. Additionally , identifying the impact of the proposed training approach in form of a non-metered way in developing the explosive power of feet as well as the accuracy of aiming through jumping under the basket of junior players of basketball . The research sample consisted of players in the Sports youth Club of Hilla .The researcher adapted some tests , utilities and agencies to help him in the completion of the research . The researcher adopted the approach prepared by the coach, and through this approach, the researcher introduced the proposed approach within the practical side in the traning unit. The proposed training approach took 6 weeks, starting from 16/06/2015 until 30/07/2015 and by (3) training units per week. The most important conclusions reached by the researcher are: the emergence of significant differences in the post tests to test the vertical jump of stabilityThe test Aiming accuracy of throguh jumping under the basket. The most important thing recommended by the researcher is the use of the training approach of non-metered way that showed the results of its use for the development of the explosive potential of being similar in performance to the skilful performance and serve the route of the skill that rely on the explosive capacity.
