Study the reality of workshops administration and ways of developing in the AL – FURATAL –AWSAT TECHNICAL University

Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of workshops University Euphrates management according to the " University variable as Colleges and institutes " for five field (planning, organization, implementation, supervision، continue and evaluation).Then to find ways to develop skill workshops management in universities of technical education in Iraq. The researchers has been used as approach descriptive, to achieve objectives of the study researchers used a questionnaire composed of 45 items distributed on five criteria. The study showed in the planning field the coach's ability to determine the necessary materials were significantly while it observed weakness of the coach in dealing with modern planning methods of analysis. In organization field turned out to be the coach following the attendance of the trainees highly while not intervene in the regulation of relations between the trainees enough. The implementation field has showed the coach works to raise the motivation significantly while not interested in tendencies and the needs of the trainees appropriate degree. The supervision and continue fields have showed the coach points the trainees about activities required at high degree, while the coach does not follow the social problems of the trainees enough. But the evaluation field shows that the coach motivates distinguished trainees significantly while does not evaluate their performance from time to time. The study also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the supervision and continue fields in favor of technical institutes. The study recommended that need for attention to the rehabilitation of coaches, especially new coaches and incarcerate them in the sessions inside and outside Iraq to follow up the latest scientific developments according to its competence in the field of workshop management and intensify supervision and continue fields on the trainers.
