Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of water extract of three brands (Mahmoud, ahmed, waza) of green and black tea upon orally doses 0.5 and 1.0 ml per kg body weight) on histological changes of liver cells of laboratory rats after 28 days of dosing. The results revealed that histological section of the liver of the animals treated with the extract of tea types showed ion negative effects in the cells of liver tissues at each concentrations used. It was mentionable concerning the pathogenic effects as compared with liver tissue sections of rats in the control group.
