تأثير النزاعات المسلحة على جــودة التعليــم في العـــراق

Abstract

This paper researched in a relationship of armed conflicts and their impact on the quality of education in Iraq, It has shown that the indicators quality of education such as: weakness and management of funding for investment of government, contrast in ratio of students to prepare treachers and their adequacy, lack of provision teachers qualified and trainess qualitavtively, dip index performance tests national and inclusions within ratings international, not to achieve the world average to stay school resgistered education and the transition from primary level to secondary. The aspects of the implications of armed conflict on the quality of education, such as (insecurity, achieving gender equality in education, government spending, degradation of infrastructure educational and displacement), they are a close relationship and directly with the conflicts and its effect on education, however, poverty factor was indirect relationship there are areas such as the southern Iraq poverty levels in which low, despite the fact that the levels of the conflict is a high. As that for some input resources physical and human impact effective to achieve the quality of education rehearsal and enthusiasm teachers and their adequacy, increasing the allotted time learning course, to ensure the quality of the curriculum and quality of suitability labor market goals development, governance, policies and practices with spending and investment of financing education qualitative, and evaluation education to diagnosis and analysis weakness of quality for learning outcomes.
