Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of training high interval intensity in the development of some physiological indicators of the players badminton,After the problem of research that there is a weakness in the training modules prepared by the instructors for the game of badminton and the existence of imbalance in the performance of badminton players by watching the speed of fatigue and reduce their abilities in matches at the required level as the researcher used for this experimental approach to suit the nature of the problem are also used sample number (16) players from the young players and the way the intentional additionResearcher has used various means and tools and tests, it was the most important method of training to use high-intensity interval, and after conducting tests and get the results statistically treated, and about that it has reached a researcher to several conclusions and recommendations, the most important are:-Systolic and diastolic blood pressure was not affected when exercise was used in a statistically significant manner to shorten the duration of the training curriculum.The recommendations were the most important:- Adopting the high-intensity infant training method when training young badminton players and for long training periods.
