Effect of Some Solvents on Spectroscopic Properties of Rhodamine 3GO Dye Seroprevlence study of IgG and IgM antibody to Toxoplasma gondii and Cytomegalovirus in miscarriage women in karbala Governorate

Abstract

This study was designed to determine the relationship between the prevalence of Toxoplasmagondii and Cytomegalovirus infection and rate for miscarriage among pregnant women inkarbala Governorate .In addition to clarify relationship the spread of these infection with the age. of the women and place of domicileOne hundred blood sample were collected from women (60 aborted women and 40 pregnantwomen) to test for the detection of antibodies (IgG and IgM) for T.gondii and Cytomegalovirususing enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .The results were observed that higher rateof IgG (36.7%) and IgM (10%) specific for T.gondii among aborted women than normal pregnantwoman (20% and 0%) respectively ,while the rat of IgG and IgM specific for CMV amongaborted women were (21.7% and 8.3%) respectively in compare to normal pregnant womenwhich was (15% and 2%) respectively as result showed high incidence of infection among.aborted women living in rural area in compared to those living in urban area
