Chemical study of Urtica dioica L. and Equisetum arvene L. and Artemisia Campestris L.

In this study the gel filtration used for protein isolation which diagnosted by two ways thespectrum of infrared and molish reagent . and the study proved that the aqueous extracts of Equisetumarvense containing the largest amount of protein . the results proved that of aqueous extract whichprepared in hot and cold method containing tanning , glycocides , saponin and alkaloid . finally theatomic absorption of the aqueous extract which prepared in hot and cold method proved that theseaqueous extracts containing calcium Ca+2 , sodium Na+ , potassium K+ , magnesium Mg+2 in differentratio.
