الأحاديث التي سكت عنها أبو داود في كتابي الطهارة والصلاة من كتاب شرح فتح القدير للكمال بن همام - دراسة حديثية نقدية

Abstract

This research included the clarification of the meaning of the silence of Abi Dawood on the hadiths. Abu Dawood said in his message to the people of Mecca that what was silent on him is valid, and a disagreement between the scholars of what is meant by saying Saleh is valid for consideration or to protest. It turned out that the most correct of Scott Abu Daoud to talk that it is good to consider and not to protest. This is contrary to what went to perfection Ibn al-Hammam, who considered Abu Dawood to talk that it is valid to protest, and therefore protested the conversations that were silent by Abu Dawood, as mentioned in his book explain Fatah Qadeer.
