Abstract

Research Summary The research aims to recognize the commitment and relationship pressures facing the coaches boxing clubs Diyala, the imposition of a search were there significant differences were statistically significant differences between the commitment of coaches boxing clubs Diyala and their ability to withstand the pressure. The researcher descriptive approach adopted survey manner most suitable approaches to the nature of the research problem and research objectives for being, has represented the research sample coaches boxing clubs Diyala's (24) coaches divided on (12) club within the club Diyala province and officially registered "within the general body of the Federation of Boxing, It used to represent the percentage of the sample (85.71%) of the research community the original, either sample exploratory experience where they represent (4) trainers belonging to clubs from within the clubs maintain boxing they are outside the sample search key and a percentage (14.28%), and there are (3) clubs do not have boxing game within her club and therefore does not contain the trainers, as society became Find total (28) coach "within the list of the year (2015-2016), which were selected purposively. It was the use of the user's program in the areas of statistics and system (spss) to extract own research data, the researcher concluded that there are no significant differences were statistically significant differences between the commitment of coaches boxing clubs in Diyala province, and their ability to cope.
