Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of estimation of a sample of primary school teachers in Gaza Governorate for the requirements of employing the reference comparison as an effective tool to ensure the quality of the school environment and to find out if there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores due to variables (Sex, Directorate, Years of Service). To achieve this, the researchers followed the descriptive / analytical approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (50) paragraphs (419) teachers and teachers (14.9%) of society.
