Abstract
International trade contracts are of great importance, not only to their constituents but also to their countries, but often to the interests of the contracting parties and the economy of the States of which they are nationals to the economies of countries in the neighboring geographical area, Prefabricated roads, international roads, oil projects, electric power, etc., which affects the economies of these countries very much the implementation or non-implementation of these contracts.
