This study is aim to preparing a periodical training program of high stress to develop some physical and skillful capacities in table tennis of the research sample and knowing the effect of that program on the variable under study.

Abstract

This study is aim to preparing a periodical training program of highstress to develop some physical and skillful capacities in table tennis ofthe research sample and knowing the effect of that program on thevariable under study. It is applied for six beginners of Al-AnbarGovernorate team. The pre – tests are applied after chosen by thecompetent team work according to the correct scientific style followed.After that the prepared training program is applied by the tworesearchers for (8) weeks into (3) units for one week by using a methodof the periodical training of high stress between (%90– 70) from extremepower of the maximum sample. After that the post – tests are made inthe same way of the pre – tests then the information and the results arecollected and treated them statistically, shoe them in tables, analysistheir results and comment them scientifically depend on scientificresources. The two researchers result that the periodical training of highstress leads to improve the skillful and physical variables under study.The two researchers recommended to depend this training programto raise the level of table tennis for beginners to be able to accomplishthe best levels.
