The effect of the special motor compatibility exercises in developing the speed of offensive performance of the school players specialized in handball for ages (10-12) years

Abstract

The Handball is one of the collective games that has a great influence on the teaching and preparation of the sports young persons, in addition to its natural and easy skills as it deals with the ball in the hand and the presence of partner and competitor which adds more entertainment and challenging during performance .The dynamic compatibility of handball is considered as one of dynamic component that has an affect role to reach for effectiveness of performance of special skills, the research is focus the practices of dynamic compatibility in the handball which including coordinating the movement of team members in high coordinating and with limitation of game rules and identifying the effect of dynamic compatibility practices in developing the offensive speed of the research personal. The researchers used that experimental approach in experimental group style with both pretest and post test. Meanwhil, examining the research sample with purposive sample then performing the prepared practices for 6 weeks. The researchers concluded that the practices of dynamic compatibility are effective in developing the offensive skills of handball .Thus, the researchers recommended the use of dynamic compatibility practices with other various practices to develop the primitive skills and conduct similar research to develop the requirements of handball game
