Abstract
AbstractThe issue of the human right to health has receivedfull attention and care as the core of the rights that humanbeings must enjoy within the framework of human rights, aswell as the right to life, and the numerous legislations thatdeal with this right have covered a wide area of humanrights. This right is not only the subject of nationallegislation but also international legislation, including theInternational Bill of Human Rights, represented by theUniversal Declaration of Human Rights, the InternationalCovenants on Civil and Political Rights and Economic,socialand Cultural Rights, as well as international human rightslegislation that showed how to deal with victims ofinternational armed conflicts and non-international conflicts.
