Effect of EThAphon And Humic Acid Spraying on growth and yield parameters of the two varieties of wheat

Abstract

A field experiment was carried out for the winter season (2016/2017) to study the effect of Ethaphone and humic acid spraying on some of the yield Transactions of the two varieties of wheat Latifia2 and Baghdad2 in Silty clay soil . The experiment was carried out in the order of splits split plots with three replicates, the various parameters were randomly distributed according to the RCBD design, the main plots represented the Wheat variety , the subplots were represented (E1 and E2) Ethaphone spraying with a concentration of 22.5 ml . L-1, and Sub-sub plots represent the stages of spraying the humic acid (without spraying , the stage of the branches, stage Elongation, stage of endometriosis, and the stage of flowering) with code (C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5) sequentially. The results showed that there were significant differences between the levels of the factors on the studied traits. The Baghdad Variety significantly exceeded the mean values for the average number of traits , the length of the spike, the number of spikes, the number of grains per spike, weight of 1000 seeds. This was reflected in the total number of grains. Using Ethaphone and humic acid gave highest value for parameters above , The E2 show significant differences and spraying of humic acid at flowering stage was superior in giving the highest averages.
