Abstract

Abstract Hall futsal is one of the most demanding and responsive games that is part of the response, especially the bounce of the ball during the scoring and the player must invest those opportunities to win. The importance of the research is to develop the speed of kicking the ball with preferred and non-preferred foot using new methods and methods. The problem of the research is focused on not investing opportunities scoring when the ball bounce or situations requiring the speed of kicking the ball, which in turn requires a quick response and reaction to the addicts in those cases, and included the objectives of the preparation of exercises using the installation of balls as well as other devices to develop the speed of the feet in Kick the balls and learn about the effect of those exercises. The researcher used the experimental method to design the two equal groups for the 16-player faculty of the Faculty of Arts. They were divided randomly into two equal groups (both male and female). The experiment was applied to the experimental sample for eight weeks, three units per week.
