American Indians and their conflict with European colonists until 1861

Abstract

The Influx of European Immigrants into the North American Continent for the acquisition of Land for settlement to bless its original inhabitants American Indians, who were dubbed this by the name of Christopher Columbus, came to the east based on the theory of spherical earth. So, the colonists fought a bitter struggle with the indigenous people. At first, the Indians had no quarrels with the colonist, but over time they became aware of their danger and lacked the technologies that the colonists possessed. Colonists used various methods of killing, intimidation and destruction to eliminate the presence of Indian, especially the deadly diseases that were brought with them when they came. They also issued series of laws that counted Indians as thin and supported by some American presidents.
