Abstract
This paper deals with The Lullubians in the Sulaymaniyah region at the end of the third millennium BC. The city of Sulaymaniyah and the surrounding areas are among the most important ancient cities in the north of Mesopotamia, and have played an active role in the events that took place in the region since the prehistoric times. Many tribes like: Lullubians, Subartus are mentioned in several cuneiform sources. We will study the published cuneiform texts that mentioned the Lullubians during the reign of the Ur III period (2112-2004 BC)..
