Establishing the Physical Attendance Constraints for Correct Forcing of Rehabilitation Penalties (A Comparison Study)

Abstract

This research studied the (Objective guarantees for the correctness of disciplinary punishment) a Comparative study, which regarded as important guarantees for public employee facing disciplinary authorities. Depending on that, legislations stabilized on briefing the process of discipline sufficiently of different guarantees, and the most important guarantee is the principle of how the employee facing the charge that attributed to him and the right of defense principle which regarded as one of the general law principle that applied, although that isn’t provided by the discipline laws, because of being one of the essential guarantees that leads to fair discipline investigation and to provide confidence and trust for the employee. The study has access to some of the proposals and results contained in the conclusions. May Allah helps me in presenting this modest research
