Spatial analysis of the assessment of the marsh eastern Al-hamaar's water in Basra Governorate (2017)

Abstract

The study dealt with spatial analysis and comparison of some physical and chemical properties of the marshes (mid-Zarki, Zarki and Al-Talaa junction, the beginning of the Al- Hafar, the middle of the Al- Hafar , the center of the Al-Talaa ),Within the eastern Al-hamaar marsh in the province of Basra for the year (2017),Where marshes (the beginning of the Al- Hafar, the middle of the Al- Hafar) together recorded the lowest value of physical and chemical indicators, The indicators (dissolved oxygen, nitrate ion) for samples of the Eastern Al-hamaar's water value within the limits allowed for environmental use according to Iraqi and international standards for the purpose of drinking, As well as acidic function for the purpose of drinking and irrigation together, The (Total dissolved solids, total hardness, calcium ion, magnesium ion, phosphate ion) were higher than the limits allowed for environmental use according to Iraqi and international standards for the purpose of drinking, (Electrical conductivity, sulfur ions, ion chlorides) for the purpose of drinking and irrigation together, The specifications of the water of the eastern Al-hamaar marsh in the province of Basra within the category (C5), which is not suitable for irrigation, And in the category (very good) for animal consumption of indicators (total hardness, calcium ion, magnesium ion, sulfur ions) , And in the category (allowed to use) of the indicators (total dissolved solids, ion chlorides).
