Evidences of the single narrator at Almola Abdulsamad Alhamadany Al-Haery

Abstract

The issue of single narrator is considered as one of the most important issues in Islamic fundamentalists. It is used as a media of inference to legislate the religious rules in Alshia doctrine. In the past, some jurists accept it and other rejected completely for example Alsherif Alradhy rejected the evidence of single narrator and the majority of jurists rejected it too; while Alsheikh Altoosi accepted it(460). This dissertation under the title (Evidences of the single narrator at Almola Abdulsamad Alhamadany Al-Haery) studies these issues of the single narrator. For example Alsheihk Hassan Alamily concluded from the version Alnabaa and the version Alnefer; he discussed all of them in different debates according to several evidences. Almola Abdulsamad Alhamadany Al-Haery is one of the most known jurists in Karbala who became martyr in (1216) through the violation of Alwahabeih. The rejection of the single narrator does not mean to reject the evidence. He also discussed the evidences of the single narrator in the views of Alsheihk Hassan Alamily. He concluded to accept the evidences of the single narrator and gave invitation to all jurists of Alshia to discuss this evidence. The researcher depended in his project on some versions from ALQuran, some speeches of Prophet Mohammed and views of jurists. He also relied on two copies of the method of Altalfeek in order not to use only the copy of the author
