The impact of competition exercises (similar to play) in developing the skills of handling and correcting the emerging handball players

Abstract

The necessary elements to ensure the success of the training process depends on the basis of the mechanism of preparing and preparing the training curricula that correspond to the scientific foundations in terms of the integrated preparation of the athlete and commensurate with its capabilities and capabilities to improve the level in general, and this requires the trainer in the development of training programs to find the best means and methods and methods Which serve the purpose for which these courses or training programs were built, which contribute to the player's reach to the best level and thus achieve the required achievement. The method of competition is one of the important methods that the researchers saw as use and experimentation in Taiwir handling and shooting my skills, so as to note researchers through modest experience as a former international player and his work in the field of training, lack of use of exercises competition in many of the training curriculum. The aim of the study was to understand the impact of the training curriculum using competition exercises (similar to play) in developing the skills of handling and correcting the players in handball. The researchers used the experimental approach to design the equivalent groups (experimental and control), tribal and remote test, and the research community of (30) players from Iraq clubs category of youth participating in the Qatar League for the sports season 2014/2015 divided into three samples (sample survey group Karkh Club 6 players) and (sample of the experimental group Diyala club 12 players) and (sample control group Karbala Club 12 players), the researchers used the appropriate statistical means, using the statistical bag spss. The researchers found a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that competition exercises have a positive effect on the development of the skills of handling and correction in the emerging handball players. In the light of the results, the researchers developed a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to use competitive exercises.
