Abstract

A search on the front and the importance of research as the leadership behavior of coach Handball his active role in the success of the training process Nahj in order to achieve the goals set for the team to get to the advanced degrees in achieving championships and international competitions was the aim of the research to identify the leadership behavior of the coach handball and the domain Union coach of the human sub-handball was addressed to the theoretical studies on the concept of behavior patterns and the types and characteristics of leadership and leadership behavior. I have been using the descriptive style of the survey research was the sample of coaches Union sub-hand reel. Exploratory experiment was conducted for the purpose of testing the meter where the form is designed to measure knowledge of leadership behavior to trainers of sporting activities.
