Abstract

The research aims to analyze the nature of cyber terrorism and the statement of its properties, methods, and investigate the role of international organizations in the combat it, using descriptive analysis method and deductive. The subject was split on the three sections, the first dealt with of the concept of cyber terrorism and its characteristics as illegal operations carried out by the computer and the International Network for Information of the damage and inflict mass structures of information for political purposes, while the second section studied the global organizations efforts in the fight against digital terrorism by focusing on the Nations United and the international telecommunication Union. The third section searched efforts and the role of regional organizations (European and Arabic) at the same track.The research has come to the resolution that the role of international organizations led by the United Nations and later the European Union Eduard in face of the terrorism has been escalating without discriminate or belong to a separate cyber terrorism course for its efforts to combat this international threat.
