Abstract

Abstract: The process of localization of salaries is one of the basic elements of the application of E-governance, so the university needs to provide many possibilities as this application aims to provide a distinguished service to employees, so the problem lies in the question that there is a significant relationship between the localization of salaries and e-governance of Wasit University? The researchers tried to find solutions through the distribution of the questionnaire and the results showed that a hypothesis was accepted at a significant significance of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.870, as well as T.test test score of 0.787 and it was found that there is a relationship between the localization of salaries and E - governance at the university. The researchers recommend to enhance the culture of employees and raise the level of understanding and awareness of the importance of localization of salaries through the development of seminars and training courses to discuss related topics, and qualify employees in government institutions concerned for the task of e-governance because most of the new employees on this service, and requires the provision of a number of ATMs Problems and improved security.
