Study the effect of extracts of some local plants inhibition of fungus growth Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Lycopersici causative disease in the wilt of tomatoes under laboratory conditions

Abstract

The results of the laboratory experiments showed the effectiveness of the plant extracts at different rates in inhibiting the growth of the F.oxysporum fungus on the PDA medium at the concentration of 250, 500, 750, 1000 mg / L in the middle of the plant. The cold water extract of Citrus aurntifolai was given the highest percentage of inhibition (53.87 , 62.56,74.09 ,85.00%) respectively. The Ziziphus spinachristi extract gave the lowest proportion of the sutures (15.06, 20.04 ,28.12, 35.75 %). The hot extract of Citrus .a fruit gave the highest percentage of inhibition of 64.82, 76.07 ,85.24, and 90.03 %, respectively, and gave the Ziziphus.s extract a lower percentage of inhibition (38.98, 30.56, 22.23, 17.67%). Respectively, Also gave the alcoholic extract of the fruits of Citrus .a highest rate of inhibition reached ( 95.40, 88.06, 79.00 and 75.86%) respectively. The Ziziphus.s extract gave the lowest inhibitory rate of (21.23, 27.56 ,36.42 and 45.10 %) , respectively.
