The role of employee's empowerment strategy in Enhancing Organizational Loyalty An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Academics at the University of Kirkuk

Abstract

The main objective of the study was to ascertain the extent to which the dimensions of the strategy of employee empowerment in enhancing organizational loyalty in order to reach the highest levels of organizational performance of the University sample search and to identify the nature of the relationship between the strategy of empowerment and organizational loyalty. The importance of the study is development of human resources in organizations through the application of the concept of employee empowerment, which is based on the idea of extracting the potential of the staff of the organization. And supported the University's ownership of the role of the strategy of empowerment and its dimensions that stimulate to enhance their organizational loyalty and give their leaders the skills and ability to respond quickly to the needs of the organization's employees. The question of the role of the empowerment strategy in enhancing organizational loyalty and responding to these questions was formulated. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions, 265 questionnaires were distributed to academics at different levels (161) questionnaire forms valid for analysis and the researcher adopted the questionnaire as a main tool as well as the interviews conducted by the researcher with some of the sample respondents
