Abstract

Aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical and hematological presenting features and distribution of different subtypes of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and to evaluate with statistical methods whether the different French-American - British classification (FAB) categories have distinctive features in relation to each other.PATIENTS AND METHODS126 patients older than 13 year with diagnosis AML were included, thorough history and examination performed for every patient, peripheral blood and bone marrow findings were evaluated carefully and compared statistically between different subtypes of AML
