The Effect of Koscroff's Model on the Development of the Post-Cognitive Thinking of Fifth Graders

Abstract

The present study aims at identifying the effect of Koscroff's model on the development of the post-cognitive thinking of fifth grade students. The study sample consisted of (70) students including experimental group and control group. The researcher prepared a measure for thinking beyond knowledge. Several tests, such as T-test, for two independent samples, resulted in the superiority of the experimental group's students to the control group students. The researcher came out with some conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
