SPATIAL VARIATIONS OF DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ORPHANS IN SALAH AL-DIN DISTRICT IN THE YEAR 2016

Abstract

This research records the addition of intellectual in the field of population studies, which dealt with many of the phenomena of population, but the phenomenon addressed by the research is a phenomenon orphaned by social phenomena worsening in Iraq in general, and in the province of Salah al-Din in particular where the increasing numbers of orphans for more than a decade Because of the exceptional circumstances witnessed by the country represented by the US occupation of Iraq in 2003, and the subsequent political and security conditions reflected negatively on the political reality, economic and social of the country, as well as the spread of chaos and widespread phenomenon of violence and terrorist bombings that have won Of the population. According to the orphanage type, the number of orphans reached 27373 orphans, accounting for 89.4% of the total number of orphans. This is due to the impact of accidents leading to orphanhood, mainly incidents of terrorism and firefighting. Who are involved in the security forces, as well as the impact of traffic accidents.
