Modern developments in reproductive technology as applied to cattle

Abstract

The review deals with some of the techniques for the control and manipulation of reproduction in cattle which are currently being developed in laboratories around the world. These are likely to have a major impact on cattle breeding in many countries during the next ten years. With appropriate modifications, many of the techniques described should be equally applicable to sheep and gouts.
