Preparation and Study of the Effect of Properties of Silver Nanoparticles on MCF-7 Cancer Cells

Abstract

Colloidal solutions of silver nanoparticles were prepared by pulsed laser Ablation of (1064)nm Wavelength of Nd:YAG Laser in the liquid(PLAL). Without us any surface tension , Ablation of high purity Silver target immersed in distilled water at various laser energy (500-800) mJ with Frequency of 1Hz and 10 ns pulse width Laser Pulse was kept constant Pulse of (100). The prepared AgNP’s were characterized by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), And optical Recorded Using UV-visible spectrometer. The effect of silver nanoparticles on the inhibition of MCF-7 cancer cell lines was studied.
