And it ends with the end of the reign of King Assyria-Nirari V by the year 745 BC, The Assyrian-Babylonian relations diversified to include the military and diplomatic side, On the military side, the campaigns marched towards Babylon, led by the Assyrian kings themselves In order to insure the southern borders of their country from the dangers that they may face from the southern front, The Assyrian armies achieved their goals After Destroyed the counterinsurgencies And entered the country of Babylon victorious Then the city of Babylon and its counterparts from the cities of ancient southern Iraq paid their various royalties to Assyria with Humiliation , As for the diplomatic side, the kings of Assyria held treaties and alliances with the kings of Babylonia, and the same goals were achieved. Peace prevailed between the ancient north and south of Iraq without a fight. also documented the texts of the annals of the kings of Assyria and the artistic scenes executed in the form of prominent sculptures, adorning the walls of the royal palaces and their gates scattered in the Assyrian capitals.
