Human rights of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him)

Abstract

Research Summary:The research aims at explaining the most important principles of human rights in Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher followed the inductive method. The research came with four researches, the first of which was devoted to defining the concept of human rights and its characteristics. The second was devoted to the statement of human rights in Islamic law, Human rights in the revolution Husseiniya blessed and came the fourth section of the recommendations and proposals.The research reached the following results:1. The Islamic religion preceded nations and other peoples in the adoption of the principles of human rights. If the Universal Declaration of Human Rights had been announced half a century ago, Islam has made this announcement 1400 years ago to uphold the principles of human rights.2. Aklan is no different from the difference between the principles of human rights stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Islamic religion, as the latter is associated with the conscience of the individual and motivated by a desire to reward God or to avoid punishment.3. The separation of Islam and human rights in a detailed manner commensurate with the basic needs of man, the Creator of the human being knows the needs of his creature of man and the author of laws and provisions.4. Human rights in Islamic law are first and foremost linked to the principles of respect, namely, that they are based on human principles in the first place, and that is what they acquire as binding.5. Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) is one of the early preachers of the principles of human rights and maintenance of the violation, and that he did not just limit the call abstract theory to those principles, but exercised those principles in practice, sacrificed himself and his family for those human principles.At the end of the research, the researcher recommends the following:1. Incorporate the principles of human rights in the Islamic religion within the curricula, especially for the middle and intermediate levels.2. The principles of human rights in the Islamic religion should be studied in the faculties of law and politics so that the politicians of tomorrow will be guided by the fragility of Islamic thought. The principles of human rights in Islamic law are clearly defined.3. Organizing training courses for human rights professionals to demonstrate the principles of human rights within Islamic law.4. Combining media efforts to highlight the principles of human rights in Islamic law
