An Analytical Study of Organizational Conflict among Presidents of Salahuddin Clubs in Iraq Submitted by the researcher


The research aimed to analyze the organizational conflict of the heads and members of clubs in the governorate by identifying the strategies of managing the organizational conflict in sports organizations (from the point of view of managers), and the differences in strategies of managing organizational conflict in sports organizations among the heads and members of clubs in Salah al-Din Governorate, and the researcher used the descriptive approach to his suit to the topic The research, while the research community included some heads of clubs and their members working in sports clubs in Salah al-Din Governorate, while the research sample included some heads and members of sports organizations in Salah al-Din Governorate, and they are (55) administrative The researcher concluded some points, the most important of which is that the dimensions of the organizational conflict strategy scale came in the following sequence: First, the cooperation strategy, the coercion strategy, the calming strategy, the settlement strategy, and finally the avoidance strategy) The researcher recommended the use of measures of the nature of the organizational struggle and organizational conflict management strategies in sports organizations as two objective tools that help in identifying the degree of The nature of the conflict and the quality of its management strategies in sports organizations, which contributes to diagnosing and predicting the conflict situation in sports organizations and this determines the status and nature of the organization in the future, with the It aimed to study the methods of provoking organizational conflict in sports organizations as a healthy and imperative phenomenon In the organization, it must exist to an acceptable degree for the stability of the system and its excitement for permanent research to develop sports organizations, and conduct scientific studies to identify the personality traits of workers in sports organizations because of its impact and effectiveness in reducing the degree of conflict of relationships within sports organizations.
