The role of employees agility in enhancing organizational agility An analytical study in private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates Region in Iraq

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the role that employees agility can play in enhancing organizational agility .It tested the impact relationships between agility of employees and organizational agility .The targeted organizations were ( 11 ) private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates region. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach to the opinions of a sample of ( 114 ) heads of department, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data on its variables. The research conveyed an encouraging message to the targeted colleges in particular, and organizations in general, that agility at the organizational level can be achieved when those organizations are able to ensure required level employees agility .The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important one is the need to give more attention to agility in educational , and entrenching the behaviors leading to it .It also must develop strategies that aim to enhance organizational agility to obtain the most desirable sites in global
