The Potential Energy Surface (P.E.S.) of (_48^114)〖Cd〗_64 and (_60^146)〖Nd〗_86 of U(5)-O(6) Dynamical symmetries

Abstract

In this work interacting boson model (IBM-1) has used to study the nuclear structure of Cd (A=114) and Nd (A=146) isotopes where they are belong to dynamical symmetries U(5)-U(6). The energy levels, the electromagnetic properties The energy levels, the electromagnetic probabilities B(E2) and B(M1), the reduced matrix elements and , the δ-mixing ratios and the potential energy surface for each isotope has been predicted. Two main programs were used in the present calculation, (IBS1.for) to calculate the B(E2) and the matrix element , and (M1.for) to calculate the B(M1) and . The delta mixing ratios of 114Cd, 146Nd, for γ-transition for these isotopes were calculated for (22+→21+) transition are (0.01083), (0.0013), respectively. The program (IBS1.for) was used to find the potential energy surface for these isotopes. Our results are compared with available experimental of data, shows good agreement.
