An analytical study of the effectiveness of electrical activity and the short anaerobic ability of the muscles of the legs and arms and their relationship to the accuracy of shooting on jumping among basketball players

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in conducting an analytical study of the effectiveness of electrical activity and some short anaerobic power variables for the muscles of the legs and arms and its relationship to the accuracy of shooting on jumping among basketball players. In order to benefit from the study data among workers in the field of training of basketball and access to the best levels, and providing this field with a set of scientific solutions to achieve outstanding athletic achievement. The research aims to1.Identify the results of the forms of electrical activity, the short anaerobic ability of the muscles of the legs and arms, and the accuracy of shooting from jumping in basketball .2.Idnetify the nature of the relationships between electrical activity, the short anaerobic ability of the muscles of the legs and arms, and the accuracy of shooting from jumping basketball .The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability for nature and problem the research, and the research community consisted of Aphrodite Sports Club players of basketball - Sulaymaniyah Governorate, number (24) female players . The research sample consisted of (18) female players who were chosen randomly, and 6 players who applied the pilot study were excluded . After performing homogenization process between the players of the research sample, and the interviewer used the interview and the test as well as the device to determine the electrical activity of the muscles (EMG) and technical science note represented by video capture as a means of data collection. The researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS) using (the mean, the standard deviation, the torsion coefficient, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), the percentage%) and a statistical means for analyzing the data
